Jade has extensive litigation experience, with a focus on litigating consumer class claims and claims related to consumer product compliance. More specifically, he has litigated dozens of class cases alleging violations of California and Federal consumer protection statutes and unfair competition laws. Jade has also litigated numerous actions alleging failures to provide warnings required by California's Proposition 65.
Jade received his J.D. from the University of California – Berkeley in 2010 and his B.A. from Harvard University in 2007. During his time as an undergraduate and as a law student, Jade was an attorney on trial advocacy teams and the captain of a trial advocacy team at Harvard College. Jade is admitted to practice in the state of California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
